This article will guide you on how to delete an online giving page and view your page status.
To view the status of your online giving page or event, proceed to online giving or events on your dashboard. Click the 3 dots of the page you would like to view the status of. It will either say published or unpublished. This is your page status. Published means it can be viewed by everybody whereas unpublished means it is hidden.
To delete a page:
1. On the left-hand menu of your givestar enterprise dashboard, proceed to ‘online giving’ or ‘events’ of your choosing.
2.Identify the online giving page/event you would like to delete.
3.Press the 3 dots on the top right-hand side on the box of the online giving page/event.
4.Press ‘remove’ with the bin icon.
*By identifying the online giving page/event, you would like to delete, you can also click on it and press the 3 dots next to the title. Proceed to press remove.
