givestar Enterprise - How to set up Contactless Campaigns

This article will guide you through how to create a contactless campaign in the Givestar Dashboard, in which you can use to fundraise with the CharityGo app and G2 device.

To create and set up a contactless campaign:


  • First, navigate to the ‘Contactless’ section using the menu on the left hand of the dashboard.

  • Press the ‘Create contactless campaign’ in the top right hand corner to start a new campaign.

  • A pop up window should appear on the screen, which will enable the user to enter a name for the campaign.

  • Enter your chosen name and click ‘Create’.

  • The following screen allows the user to customise the fundraising card that will be displayed on their mobile. You can also add a ‘campaign tag’ so you can mark campaigns with specific codes/labels. This can later be sorted by campaign tag in the payment section of reports.

  • Areas that can further be customised are branding details, primary colour, donation details, fundraising screens and thank you screen. See ‘how to edit contactless campaign card’ for further information.


Once happy with the settings, click ‘continue’ in the bottom right of the screen. This will continue the user to return to the Campaigns main screen, with the new campaign available.
