This article will guide you on how to set up a group in your dashboard as well as how to move said group. *Please note this article is catered for charity internal admins and team members only.
1. Proceed to click on ‘groups’ on the left-hand menu of your dashboard. This will take you to the groups homepage.
2.To create a new group, select the group that you would like to add it to and click ‘Create New Subgroup’.
3. Type in the name of the group and a description, and the new group will appear under the heading ‘Subgroups’.
Groups can be navigated with up to 6 levels of subgroups and can categorise them into where they sit within the hierarchy.
Once you are on the groups homepage, you can easily see the organisation for your groups and subgroups and navigate their dashboards. To see specific information in regard to reports, fundraisers, contacts in a group - select the group and click ‘Jump to Dashboard’ in the top right corner.
