givestar Enterprise - How to resend tickets and update corresponding attendee information

This article will guide you on how to resend purchased tickets and update any attendee’s contact information on request. *Please note this article is catered for charity internal admins and team members only.

1. Simply click events on the left-hand menu of your dashboard and identify the corresponding event.

2. Click on ‘attendees’ tab below the event title. 

3. Identify the attendee you would like to update. 

4. By clicking the pencil next to the email, this can be modified to a different/correct email. 

To resend an invitation email/ticket:

1. Follow the steps 1-3 above. 

2. Scroll right until you see invitations. 

3. Next to the date under the invitation’s column, simply click the orange arrow. This enables it to be resent to the contact email given
