This article will be highlighting how to resend invitations to new fundraisers. *Please note this article is catered for charity internal admins and team members only.
Under the issues of a lost or unfound email, the admin can resend the email. Proceed to the fundraisers tab on the left side of your dashboard screen. By clicking on the box to the left-hand side of the fundraiser’s name, click on ‘resend invitation’ in the bar across the top.
This should automatically send them an invitation email. Kindly advise to check in junk/spam folders also. Please note the fundraiser’s status will be seen as ‘pending’ and not active until they have accepted this invitation.
