This article will guide you on how to find a donation on a campaign in Charity Admin.
To find a donation rapidly, you simply need the following information - the date the donation was made as well as the name of the campaign it was donated too!To simply search a donation:
1. Proceed to log into https://charityadmin.givestar.io/sign-in
2. Navigate to the left hand menu, selecting donations.
3. Above the list of donations, select the date range you are looking for.
4. To filter this further, you can search the campaign name in the search bar - 'search donations'.
As a result of these steps, the donation will be visible along with further details of donation ID, the charity name, donation amount and fees affiliated, as well as whether gift aid was added to the donation.
