This article will guide you on how to create tickets for in person and online events. *Please note this article is catered for charity internal admins and team members only.
1. By navigating to events on the left hand menu on your dashboard and choosing the event as required, it will lead you to your chosen event page.
2. Choose the ‘+ New’ button in the ticket section on your event page.
3. Ticket details can be added under the following: name, description, age category, quantity of tickets available, ticket pricing, ticket options, donor and attendee date of birth and address. The remaining tickets can also be optioned to be hidden on ticket selection.
