This article explains the process of hiding or anonymising a donation.
Hiding a donation
At this stage, it is not possible for a user to hide a donation made via the givestar platform. However - if you have made a donation, and would like it to be hidden, please contact the givestar team at support@givestar.io and we will do this on your behalf.
Anonymising a donation
It is however possible to anonymise your donation during the process of making a donation. This means that your donation will still show on the campaign page, but your name will be shown as ‘Anonymous’.
To do this online, please tick the button shown below, which is directly under where you input your donation amount.
To do this on the app, please tick the box labeled ‘I do not want my name to appear next to my donation on the page’.
