*Please note this article is for Charity Admin Users Only! This article will help you navigate your monthly settlement reports, of which establish the fundraising monies you have received.
1. First, log into https://charityadmin.givestar.io/sign-in2. Proceed to the reports tab in the left hand menu on the charity admin dashboard.
3. Continue to 'settlements'.
4. Select the statement ID to view the settlement report accordingly, for example INV12345.
By proceeding to the report and selecting donation report, this will highlight all donations made within this time period as well as all processing and funds transfer fees. A charity payment reference is also given.
